I know this isn't the best forum to start a football discussion, but with Donovan McNabb's broken ankle yesterday :( talk of a "Chunky Soup curse" is starting up again. Terrell Davis had to retire due to his injuries, Kurt Warner has broke the same pinkie twice, Jerome Bettis has been hurt most of the season and now Donovan will hopefully miss just the rest of the regular season (:( again).

What exactly are they putting in that Chunky Soup anyway?

A word of warning to all you Bears and Giants fans out there... Brian Urlacher and Michael Strahan have both done Chunky Soup ads, and haven't been hurt... yet.

as for the "curse", i belive it's coincidence. although i respect mcnabbs abilites even more seeing how he played the ga,e with a broken ankle and was playing good. he gets props

Then how do you explain the Seahawks? What curse is laid on them? None of the 'hawks have done a soup commercial yet half the team is injured. :tongue:

I doubt that they actually eat that soup...even in the commercials. Its nasty!
