Banned? For that? Unless the text is very offensive (I read the first line) it should only be warning, and an edit.

I don't believe it is the connection that would slow people down in this case, its the resources that print it to the screen that might be running low.

Bout that long.. with no punctuation, execpt every kind of character on the keyboard cept letters and numbers at the end of it
