View Full Version : gameshark 2 froze!!

okay, I put in my gameshark and it got to the first loading screen where the banner says checking code list plz wait, or somthing like that, then it freezes! I have tried over and over putting the Gameshark mem. card in different slots and it still wont get past that screen! What can I do to fix this problem?

EDIT- Just my luck! I always get the Rare, Uncommen probs!:cry:

Really i had the same prob, I dunno what happend somehow it doesn't do it no more to me though.

I feel like that all the time, every time I have a windows problem and I go to Microsoft for help, they say "Most people with this problem have fixed it this way:" And of course, never in my life has it worked.

Sorry, I've never had this problem, of course the last gameshark I used was GSP for N64.

Don't be like that. That's annoying. The device may have faulted in some way and if it's under warrenty get it replaced. If not just mess with it and hope it works.

If this is an actual disc, try a disc doctor or look for scratches.

Mike, try disconnecting the GameShark and playing GTA3 normally ;).

I have, I beat the game and I am trying to clean up on the small things like hidden packages and Unique jumps, but Every gang in the city is riding my ass the whole way!

Fixed it!

Interacts tech guys so to try holding down the L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Start buttons while your restart your PS2 with the GameShark Disk in.

it makes the GameShark Dongle resest!

-wtf is a GameShark Dongle?:D

LOL. Well atleast its fixed. And I didn't mean you mike, if you want to use a gameshark that's cool. People shouldn't move in on your fun. ;p
