View Full Version : Metroid Fusion Commercial

OMG! I had no idea they made one, but it is a lot like the Metroid Prime commercial, with the live actors. It is kind of short, but pretty cool.

It had Samus in the blue Fusion suit, jumping around or something, and then behind her the SA-X jumps down and it zooms in on her helmet and you can see her freaky mutant face :D It was pretty damn cool :D

Edit: Ok, just saw it again.. the narrator says something like "Exterminating evil is all in a day's work, but what happens when you have to face your greatest fear..." It starts out w/ Samus blasting a bunch of little bugs and stuff, and then the part I mentioned above happens. At the end Samus fires into the screen and the Metroid Fusion logo comes out. It was all very cool :D

Sweeeeet!!!!! What channel were you watching? I'll have to try to tune into that channel in case they show it again. Or if it's online somewhere, please let me know!

Well, now that I think about it, I only have 7 more days till I pick it up at GameStop :D

I saw it on channel 11 (the wb) today! I thought it was very cool. It's a shame I beat that game though like 4 weeks ago. ;p They should have sped up the release to combat the leak to the net.

I didn't really like the Metriod Prime commercial...BTW, which one comes first in the story line? Prime or Fusion?

Prime comes sometime between Metroid 1 and Metroid 2 I believe. So Fusion comes after Prime in the story line.

Fusion comes after Super Metroid, not after Prime

Yes. Fusion is the last game in the sequence of events. Prime could happen anywhere before Metroid 3 I think. Atleast from what I've seen. We will see. ;p

1. Metroid
2. Metroid Prime
3. Metroid II: Return of Samus
4. Super Metroid
5. Metroid Fusion

I didn't know that there was a Metroid Fusion commercial at all until now.

I hope I can find it on the TV and watch it.

Hmm, I hope someone has that ad in a movie format, American TV don't show down here...
