You can access it from C-Dawg's briefcase. If you want to download it, the user name should be "satin_nail" and the password should be "raven". That is the only way you can access Da... (caught myself from saying "Days of Yesterday" when Alucard said the quest name) Dreams of Yesterday, from his briefcase.
