How many times have they said there will be new Terrorists strikes in the usa, but it never happens?

I just think CNN are getting out of hands with this, since Sept. 11 , they always talk about terror attacks and attacks and attacks, Cant they stop scaring the shit out of people and talk about something else?

Cnn are gone lame and stupid.

Again, something to scare people : http://www.cnn.com/2002/WORLD/americas/11/07/terror.triborder/index.html

Man, they even did a TERROR section.. bunch of dipshits fuckers.

CNN is like many other US media companies. they love to sensationalize, it gets them ratings!

It's not surprising.
Plus it is the Bush administration that is always saying that another attack is inevitable, the media is just going along with that and reporting on things that have to do with the threat.

HA HA HA.

When will people make up their mind? Just a few months ago, everyone was whining about how we didn't have any warning about September 11th. Now, we get warnings about attacks, and people whine about being scared. Make up your mind what you want. The "evil" Bush administration is only doing its job.

Yeah, I agree with Atma. People seemed outraged last summer when it was found that Bush was warned of some attack prior to 9/11, and now that every little threat is taken seriously, you complain about this?

Attacks are inevitable. You think that now that Al-Queda has destroyed a few buildings they will go home and give it up? No, they will get bolder and bolder...

No they will get deader and deader. I think they've done the right things as far as our security.

Offtopic though, I wanna see they dropping one of those daisy cutter bombs on a mountain, as it's supposed to do some real damage. The bombs only weigh 1,000 pounds or something! =D Sounds like a good 4th of july display to me.

Haha, long live The Machine.

The greatest thing about CNN is that it implicitly endorses communism (which is why it comes free with most cable services and why it is always on in universities).

CNN isn't any good. Fox News is, in my opinion, a whole lot better, and fairer.

Someday this politically-correct, sensationalized, and ultimately biased reporting (and television in general) is going to implode on itself.

the Daily Show :D
when I do get news (not often) I usually get NPR, I think its fairly accurate and unbiased.

That's what I've heard from my family, but, I've honestly never watched either CNN or Fox News. I have, however, seen Tom Brokaw and hate him a lot.

I get my news from the net. If I hear a story on TV or radio I will then research it on the web. My usual starting point is Matt Drudge's website. Before you accuse him of being right-biased, 99% of the stories on his site are linked from other sources and are fairly non biased. At least as much as NPR... :spin:

For political commentary I have a variety of sources. On the radio I listen to Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, John Carlson, Sean Hannity, and a few local guys you have not heard of. (One slightly left of center and one slightly right of center.) In print I read George F. Will, Michelle Malkin, Charles Krauthammer, Alan Dershowitz, David Horowitz, David Limbaugh, John Leo, Mortimer Zuckerman, Nat Hentoff, Chris Matthews, Russ Smith, Tony Snow, Cal Thomas, Jonathan S. Tobin, Daniel Pipes, Larry Elder, Walter Williams, Bill O'Reilly, and Vox Day, among others. I used to read Camille Paglia's column but she seems to have disappeared about a year ago.

I read Drudge occasionally, I like him a lot, and for commentaries I usually listen to Rush on the way home from school, but lately he's been kinda boring, but maybe it's just because I'm usually too swamped to be thinking hard enough to listen to someone intelligent.

...I'm not as diversified as Starkist...

Would you have been happier if CNN were correct? Jesus.

And Bush is a piece of shit. He's quickly going to get this entire country destroyed. Im sure he will go down in history as being the next Stallin.

You can find columns by most of the authors Starkist mentioned at in one place at Townhall.com (http://www.townhall.com). It doesn't take too much effort to track them down.

If I was able to get decent AM reception anywhere in my house I'd probably listen to some of the radio hosts you mentioned.

That's such irrational extremism. You most likely don't even know what you're talking about.

What an uninformed statement. The entirety of media networks are liberal. It's only individuals outside of the media conglomerates, like talk radio hosts, that provide conservative viewpoints.
