I got 2 users set on my comp, 1 for me, and 1 for my mom. Everything is fine, she has her wallpaper, I have mine, she has her start-menu, I have mine BUT, the one thing that doens't seem to be user-related is screen resolution. My mom wants something like 800x600 but I want something like 1280x1024, but if I change it, it changes her resolution as well, and if she changes it, it changes for me aswell. She's setup as a limited-user, and I'm an admin. Is there a way for us to have 2 difirent resolutions?

I beleive there isnt one... i checked help and support, and it didnt say anything about multiple users.

No, it doesnt work... I tried that with my sister and gave up after 3 hours.... :(

Needless to say i got what i wanted!! :)

i run in 1152x864... 800x600 is huge! mum's computer used to run that.. and the monitor hummed and buzzed and did all sorts of crap.. upping the res to 1024x768 fixed it for some reason.

I just keep mine on 1024 X 768... If it gets too small i get annoyed.. If its too big i get headaches for some reason... :confused:

i keep mine like that i hate it when for soem reason the resoloution changes without anyone doing anything then i have to change it back again.........
