A web cam is a good idea. You don't always have to watch him, you can just leave it up to complete strangers.

i'd say about 12:00 PM :p i think your's is 6 hours later. but i go by EST...

since Foxy & company live in NY, id say that NOON (when this thread was originally posted) is about 11a GMT i think thats right...

i talk to fiyer, and if you guys live in histime zone, your setback an hour

if i'm not mistaken, england is 5 hours ahead of Eastern time USA...

so 12pm would be 5pm for you

but since you probably customized your time zone on this forum, the time it was posted would be close.
