Here is the rundown (http://tirian.magd.ox.ac.uk/~nick/UnionDebate/).

I like this highlight, since it's what I've been arguing all along:

Hilary Rosen asks "Put up your hand if you download and burn music" (most hands go up). She then asks "Keep you hand up if you buy more music because of it" (many stay up). She gets worried and immediately asks some different and confusing set of people to put their hands up, causing everyone to look miffed, and everyone putting their hand down)

But this will not be the end of the debate between the RIAA and supporters and other groups.

If I download music, it's usually because I own the Cd already and I want to listen to it on my computer with other music. And rarely do I download a whole CD worth of song's just a few from different people.

Maverick_Zero: Why not copy the music to your hard disk? (Unless you have a copy protected CD :P)

I don't use my filesharing program much anymore.

Zero: I agree with the above statement.

I download singles. Not entire CDs. Why? Because the damn singles aren't available in many cases, and I'm not spending $20 for one song. I may buy a CD if several songs go out from it, though I make exceptions.
