Just ignore him. Use the blocking feature. Getting an IP will not really help you unless you know how to use it anyway.

couldnt you just send him something and go into dos and type Netstat... I think that gives you his IP....

um.... no. if this guy is really bothering you, you need to contact his ISP. Of course to do this you may need to get his IP. Attempt to make a direct connection to him using AIM. If he lets you do it (he'd have to accept it somehow) then go to a command prompt and type netstat. It will list all currently active net connections. One of the IP addresses there will be his. Do reverse lookup on them to get names and information about his ISP.
