Eh, it's a lot funnier if you've seen the other hallowen strips. You see, Riff once accidentally sent Torg to the "Dimension of Pain," as seen here:

However, Torg escaped, and so, for the past 4 years, every halloween, the dimensional rifts are thin enough that one demon is sent to try and claim Torg's soul. The only problem is that the demons from the dimension of pain are, for lack of a better term, imbeciles, as seen here:

Lord Horribus is the Commander-in-Chief of the demons, but he is, if possible, the biggest wuss in the history of the universe.

Bah, nevermind, I keep forgetting that 88% of the AGN population has a miserable sense of humor.
