Is there a free program that I can download that will rotate drawn pictures 45 degrees?

No dice.. 2020 doesn't do any rotation that I can't do now.. and it only rotates l, r, u, and d. I need one that rotates fully. u, ul, l, dl, d, dr, r, ru.

use paint shop pro free trial or something..

Any imaging or photo program can do it, like Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. I think you can download a demo of Paint Shop Pro from their website http://www.jasc.com/ , and if you like it enough to buy it, it's less than $100 (and well worth it in my opinion, I love Paint Shop :D)

You could also download a full working version of the GIMP for free! (it's like Photoshop, but free!) http://www.gimp.org/win32/

Ifran View. Just download it, and go to image, then effects, then fine rotation. Something like that. It's free, and does other stuff too.
