This is similar to Sentimental Shooting for the PC, a Gradius type game where you blast bits of clothing off of giant anime girls in the background.

Bah, the block moves too fast for me. I think I'll stick to SS.

I don't know of any links to Sentimental Shooting, but there are several people on Kazaa you can get it from. That's where I got it. It's about 20 MB large.
