NOT a double magic meter mind, a normal one. Like you start our with the magic you set up on the Init Data screen.

Show a screenshot of the Init. Data screen as you have it currently.

I think all magic containers start empty if they are put in the game via ini data. You could just make link start on a large magic jar.

The Genius of this man here is astounding to us all! :grad: ! :grad: ! :grad: !

I actually begin the game with 2 magic containers, but only 1 of them is filled. I wonder what I did....

Yeah, I know it's possible to set both the max magic and current magic. Remember to fill in each accordingly.

Yoy can select start with magic meter in the init. date screen! I have done that to several quests!

Works like a charm. If only there was an item like the clock that let us have infinite magic for a screen. Maybe we could use that to get over large amounts of spikes in that room. It would be a one time thing, because items don't regenerate.

Wait wait....I figured it out...first you have to ENABLE magic on the rules page THEN change the numbers on the Init Data :p

Spikewise, it IS the clock as it can allow you to walk on spikes, even without the boots.

And the item still wouldn't regenerate. Sounds good to me!!

but what about a screen flag that lets the item regenerate!?!?
It would help with minigames (As prizes, or things that "end" the minigame session.) and rooms with dodongos that keep respawning, unlike in BSZelda. (Though the bomb trick is always an option. :naughty:

I wish we had a smily that was a cross between :naughty: and  and would resemble a down faced smirk by Roy from SSBM. That... would be really cool.
