Windows 163 beta problem

I have a HUGE problem with 163. IT wont run the game but will run the Zquest. I need help i realy need to test some of my quests. And their all done with 163 features.

And btw could someone make a jumping item? Like in the gb vrs and a 2d style?

What operating system do you have and how much RAM do you have? Also do you get any error messages?
