I picked up a guy yesterday, actually went out of my way t pick him up :)

I had nothing to do, and it was a nice day for a drive. He was headed to florida, and omng from RI. I took him about 30 miles south. He was grateful. He told me his mom ha died, and he was trying to get there in time fr the funeral. Don't know why I'm posting this, but I hope he makes it.

He'll probably make it. Hitchhiking is really dangerous now because of all the psychos, but there are just enough nice folk out there to make it work, I think.
