Uh Oh! I had that same problem a while back! I had to download the whole thing again and delete the whole program first. If there is another solution then fine but that worked for me. I didnt have any quests that i was far on though so i didnt care

If your building any quests or your really far in one then you should wait for another awnser. But if you didnt really do anything yet then you should just do what i said before

Is this a computer-related problem, or something with locating the quests? If the latter, I suggest my thread above. If the former, it's a bit out of my league.

In ZC while i am trying to open a file in ZC, it says:
ERROR invalid file,
internal error!
i don't think it's the computer, I have already re-installed zc once.

Are you loading a valid quest file?

Well, it won't open the 1st quest, 2nd quest, or 3rd quest at all. And to be sure, i download many other people's quests to be sure. They did not work.

163. The new version, but they are the downloads from the mirrors.

Ah...did you install 1.90 first? Do that, then install 163, the support pack(s) (don't forget the extra Windows one if you use the Windows version), and whatever other patches, THEN try to run everything.

Try deleting the Config fie, ag.cfg then run Zquest, then exit, then run ZC.

I forgot that option. It fixes some things, too. I remember the keyboard was acting up until I dealt with ag.cfg on one occasion.
