Bandwidth problems maybe? Some sort of deal with the host i'm sure.

If you are referring to the AZC site main page that was hosted on Homestead... it has been disabled. DC apparently recieved a letter pertain to copyright violations or something... so Homestead apparently shut it down.

I recieved an email stating that it had something to do with copy rights... namely "Zelda" unfortunatlky I haven't had the time to check on it :shrug:

I guess we've lost everything that was at Homestead and will have to start over :shrug:

I have a feeling that's just DC being DC, as AGN has been producing and distributing ZC for over 2 years without any trouble the idea of Nintendo taking a stand against AZC is preposturous. also there are alot of fan sites out there using all sorts of game related images without any trouble. I'm guessin' bandwidth problems.

DC, can you post a little more of what they sent you, if not necessarily the entire thing? I agree that this is absolutely retarded, and I am curious why they would suddenly choose one site for "copyright" images when millions of other sites use similar images...

Actually, Nintendo probably had a different reason for wanting AZC down if they were indeed the ones that made homestead disable it. However, it was probably easier for them to use the copyrighted images story. ;p

What the heck could that possibly be? We've been doing what we've been doing for two and a half years and we're somehow being allowed to survive. How far would we have to go to incur their wrath (not that we would want to, of course)? It's impossible that they don't know about us...
