Side-scroll warp problem

ok, I want it so you can side-scroll between a cave and a dungeon. But this problem happens, when you side-scroll to the cave, everything is ok. But then you side-scroll back and if there is a locked door, it becomes a passage:angry:
Is this a bug?
Also, is there a different way I can make this look good without having to change everything to stop this?

AAH!! Have you tried to make it not a side scrolling warp? That doesn't really detract from the overall feel of things, and can actually be even more graphically pleasing because of the lack of any visual transition between color sets. It works for me, and it'll work for you!

Well, the cave and the dungeon use the same colour sets, and I need them to merge together as if the swap wasnt ever made:(.
