This will probably be one of the games I'll play at school between classes. I'm really looking forward to it...

Square is going to start a trend with girly male main characters that show off their asses...great...

Yeah, sounds like it will be cool, though I don't have a GBA,so I won't be playin it.

Man the main character looks wierd, and pathetic. -_- But the games gonna rule! It looks cool, and I have a GBA!

If that guy looks wierd to you, I guess maybe you didn't look at the art for the first FF Tactics. All of them looked like they had been inbred for a few generations.

Too much personality detail for the main characters. I'll stick with TO until I find out if this game'll have any storyline options. If it does, I'll at least consider it. Till then, though, not interested...

sorry. it doesn't have the multi plots of TO. it does have kickass music though. :kawaii:

And so my interest wanes...
Or are you reffering to the PSX version? Because this one is suppossed to be different, appearently...

So it's not gonna be the same re-hashed game on the GBA like oh so many others (BOF1, BOF2, Various Mario games) I didn't like the original Final Fantasy Tactics though, probably because I sucked at it

interesting. but if its like fftactics in a sequally way then it wouldn't have multi-plots either cause square usually doesn't go that way. i think.

I don't doubt that it will be interesting, but it's set in the present. Sort of like earthbound. I saw screenshots where they are walking and fighting on the streets by stores and there were cars around. Seems kind of odd. It's not like FF8 where they had cars mixed into a fantasy setting, it was brick buildings and paved roads. Not very Fantasy-esque if you ask me. Why not call it Earthbound Tactics? lol Hey, that would be funny!

i know about those games and i meant USUALLY games made by square fall under my statement. the seiken densetsu series does not because of their multi-plot points/endings. http://invis.free.anonymizer.com/http://www.angelfire.com/anime2/myanimepage/mini_ami.gif

FF8 had paved roads and brick buildings. It had a fucking futuristic city with transparent roads and huge spiraling towers. It also had railroads that went under water like the Chunnel.
FF8 was fantasy but with futuristic elements. I have no doubt that this final fantasy tactics will be fantasy with futuristic elements as well.

Have you ever played Seiken Densetsu 3? The game changes depending on which characters you select at the beginning..

And the series has changed quite a bit since the first one (very much a Zelda clone)..

Actually, I believe that during the story, the characters get sucked into ancient Ivalice if I remember correctly.
