Cyclone

It's now official.
http://www.napster.com/
No story on what happened. No details on what unrolled in the court proceedings. Nothing to even suggest any existance of anything that could have possibly sparked a legend, other than a single, large image on the home page.
Napster: R.I.P. The image says: "Napster was here."
One of the two links containing a story that I received in my mail today is here (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20020904/en_nm/media_napster_reaction_dc_6). Strangely, it is much more informative.
By all means, discuss the legacy of the first file-sharing program to attract the giants. Let's not turn this into a hate thread against downloaded music; just discuss Napster, and leave it at that.
