I can't use my PC yet, it turns out that my mother board won't run my HDD properly and I need to get a new one before I can restart wasting time on my PC, but I can get it for around £15 so a short wat left for me.

Nothing like having your own machine.
I have to share with 3 other people, and everyone wants there own desktop and it's just a bunch of junk to clog up MY PC.
Wish they would spend some of the $ they put into scateboards into their own machine.
Oh well...

I have my own computer and I am soooo protective of it. I could have A picture of a naked chik as my background and my parents would never know.. I lock my desktop every time I leave it. :lol:

And obi: have you tried upgrading the BIOS of your current Mobo?.. That usually does the trick.

my PC's in the dining room, and no-one else uses it much :D
my room's got a megadrive, a snes, an N64, a small crappy TV, and Sky Digital :)
the VCR, cable TV, and half-decent TV are downstairs, though.

I am saving for my computer. Im $400 there. I plan to get it before Christmas. I'll get a TV tuner on it and i can hook my GCN to it so i will never have to leave my room again.

I've got three computers. One P120, one Athlon 850, and one laptop with a Celeron (ick!) 660. I've only got one monitor for my two towers, though, so my P120 hasn't seen any action since spring of 2001.

I may overhaul it and bring it to Russia for my GF this December/January...haven't decided yet. I'd have to get her a monitor and speakers over there...no idea how much that would cost--cosidering that a portable tape player costs $50 over there and $20 over here, it'd probably be a lot.
