Check out the free trial of PSP at www.jasc.com It can do everything you'll ever need with pictures.

i would say microsoft frontpage is good, if you have that, theres a handy transparency tool.

What you should do is leave the original post and add an "UPDATE" at the bottom of the post so people know what's going on. I thought this was spam at first glance.
