Assuming you are still in the level, you need to look everywhere where you have not been for one key, and then proceed to the boss.

If you've beaten the level, I think you can find level 2 going south.

I haven't played in awhile, so this may not be right...

my only complaint with Revenge 1: the 10 bubbles along with Ganon at the end, that was plain ridiculous. I had to go in and edit all but two out to make it fair.
