Quest Compatibility

I've seen around here how some quests won't work with 163 or 152 or whatever, and I'd just like to know that if I want to play a good many quests that are out now, what version would I want to download?

Most quests seem to work in beta 163 for me, I've played quests that where made in 1.84, and 1.90 and most that I've tried in it have worked fine. One quest that I tried didn't start in the correct spot, and quests that where made in 152 that had translucency will have problems. I've heard that some people have had bigger problems though.
