In the combo editor, next to the red passability section, there's a blue one.

These are useful as shortcuts, so like in the ever-so standard BS Quests, you don't have to keep hitting the +and- keys everytime you want to put down some grass tiles. Oh, except for the fact that for once all tiles already placed are affected as such.
