Hermit

Well, let's get straight to the point. I've pretty much given up writing and rewriting things in midi for ZC. It's been fun while it has lasted but my passions at the moment lie with OC Remix, meaning midi sounding music is out of the question there, otherwise I could do both. I won't be composing much, if anything, in midi form anymore. The sounds I require for OC Remix can only come from MODs and Wav editors, samplers, and sequencers. So, until such time that DN wishes to upgrade at least to MOD capabilities, my contributions to ZC will be little (MOD support for ZC would be wonderful). I use the word "little" because I know there are those folks who may want some of my OC songs for use in their quests (most recently being Marin's Theme, which I've been asked for on numerous occassions). Anything I write in MOD form can easily be exported as a midi and require little or no work to convert for ZC (sometimes the notes are off and such, easily fixable).
I'm including a zip file in this post of all the ZC intended and related music I've done so far. A few songs in here date all the way back to Nov 2000, my registration date. Anyone wishing to have Zelda music (that you won't find anywhere else, I guarentee it) should have a copy of this. A few of these songs come from the "Sound & Drama" and "Hyrule Symphony" CD collections and are perfectly accurate to the CD arrangements, I'm a perfectionist whore that way ;)

Also, for those who haven't heard my recent submissions to OC Remix yet (which I'm still waiting for word on), you can find them right here.
Hermit - Marin's Theme (http://www.geocities.com/Nakedman20/Hermit_MarinTheme.mp3) (Zelda 4: LA "Windfish Ballade" remix)
Hermit - A Legend is Born (http://www.geocities.com/Nakedman20/Hermit_A_Legend_Is_Born.mp3) (Ninja Gaiden orchestrational remix of Ryu's and Irene's themes)

NOTE: It's a geocities account. If you get the bandwidth error, just try back later. If anyone knows of a better free host that will let you upload things that are up to 5MB in size like geocities does, do let me know. Other hosts may sound good (50mb storage and such), but they'll only let you upload a few hundred KB at a time. Bleh...
If anyone wants either of these in midi form to use for ZC, speak now or forever hold your peace. Once I transfer them to my good ole storage PC, they'll be staying there ;)
