Welcome. If you want to ask a question that is zquest related, there is a forum for that right below the suggestions forum. If it's technical questions, or help on the first 3 official quests this is the place, and custom quest discussion is in the right forum under zquest help.

As for the IP thing. Your IP is only importent to us if you break any rules that are severe. An IP ban is only for permemtally banned members, which doesn't happen too often.
