How do you make misc characters move around on the screen????????

As of now you cannot make NPCs. However you can make an enemy look like a character, only it will kill you. You can also use animated combos to do this, that would take a lot of patience though. It would involve timing several different combos so that it appears someone is walking across the screen.

Animating combos like that also is a great way to eat of system and video memory.
