Old car game

Does anybody know the name of a really old car game? It was from the early nineties and the whole idea was to buy cars and parts out of the newspaper and drag race enough people so you could build a good enough car to beat this massive thing who's driver clearly isn't happy with the size of his penis. Can anyone tell me what the name is, or know an abandonware link to it?
