My new housemate arrived today. She's female (which caught me off-guard a month ago when my other housemate told me), she's ethnically Vietnamese (but native-born in the USA), she's from Georgia (but doesn't have an accent), she's a first-year grad student in nuclear engineering, and she's pretty cute (yes, I know I have a girlfriend... you needn't remind me).

Her parents are staying for a week or so to help her get moved in, and to sightsee California (their first trip to the West Coast). I spent much of today playing tour guide, and it looks like I'm going to do so some again tomorrow.

This could prove interesting...
