View Full Version : i hate phone lines and little brother now more than ever

ever have to do something on the net that's important but then your little brother bumps you off the net so one of his friends can call one of their friends using your ONLY phone line because you can't afford another one so you have to wait for him to finish and hope someone didn't answer the mpq question you were about to anser and knew you had the answer (this is almost over folks) and hope nobody else answers while you wait for 10 minutes to get online again but only to have your pc freeze on you TWICE! ok i've vented my anger. it was either this or kill my brother. :P and this isn't something punishable by death. :P

I got DSL so I never have to worry about crap like that :)

yeah, but with a teenage sister, you get benefits like her friends at your house all the time as well ;)

I have DSL and don't have those probs. Before that I used the 2nd line. Before that, a very short peroid, i had to use the only line, but we shortly got a second.

That's not a benefit. Why would I be interested in my sister's friends? They'd probably start gossip about me, and with my sister as a potential source, that's a Bad Thing.

My sister was always fighting my and my brother for the phone line, so my parents broke down and got a second phone line. They don't offer DSL out here.

Unfortuniatly, I have a teenage sister AND a little sister. Twice the pain...

Luckily, I have cable... hahah ^_^

I have a question. Does anyone know why my sister types an email to her friend while talking with that same friend on the phone?
