It sounds like the song that's played at the very end of Kirby's Dreamland (the first one), when Kirby defeats King DeDeDe and floats around as a balloon and releases the food to all the people of Dreamland, but it's a little faster than the GB song.

Anyways, that was a cool movie! It didn't make any sense to me, but very funny. Plus, I remember that Star guy from this Genesis game I rented once (it was pretty fun too)

It's from Spring Breeze in Kirby Superstar, which is based on the game boy Kirby's Dreamland.
