-The beginning of the game is simple, one monster chases a messenger, Goatboy, while Goatboy is running through the woods.-

Goatboy: Ah...what a lovely day...
[Goatboy walks down the forest path some more]
Goatboy: You know...it would really suck if something bad happened...
[Hears a growl...]
Goatboy: Huh? What was that?
[Goatboy turns around and hears the growl again]
Goatboy: Hey! Wh...who are you and what the hell do you want?
[The Monster appears. Goatboy facefaults.]
Goatboy: Me and my big mouth...[brings out his sidearm, whatever it happens
to be]Good thing I brought this beauty along...
[Suddenly, a foot comes out of nowhere and reduces the monster to a puddle of
blood. Goatboy goes bug-eyed as the head of the new monster monster - ten
times the size of the first, lowers it's head into view and roars]
Goatboy: [blinks] Holy shit....[turns around] AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
[Goatboy turns and books it old school, while the monster starts to run after
him.]

-Goatboy will play a part later in the game, but that'll be for later.
Anyways, Goatboy reaches Shadowblazer to hand him a letter after exchanging
a few jokes, to be thought of later.-

[Pans to Shadowblazer, who is also walking through the forest.]
Shadowblazer: Hmmm...what a miserable day.
[Keeps walking]
Shadowblazer: It would suck if anything good happened.
[Goatboy comes running up to Shadowblazer]
Goatboy: AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Shadowblazer: [to self]And it seems my lucky streak continues...[to Goatboy]
Who are you?
[The monster appears. Goatboy hides behind Shadowblazer.]
Goatboy: AHHHH!! OH MY GOD, IT'S GOING TO KILL BOTH OF US!
Shadowblazer: [sighs and steps forward] [Utters one of his attack spells...]
[When the spell is over, the monster is quite dead, in a gruesome
fashion if possible, but at least have blood everywhere]
Goatboy: [turning green] Urp...was that really necissary?
Shadowblazer: Not really.
Goatboy: Then WHY did you have to kill him like that?
Shadowblazer: I'm just nice that way.

Well, it DID give me a few ideas...what would really help would be the identities of those who originally thought up AGNC...You are a good script writer. However, the storyline I plotted is going to be a more graphic...:mischief:

Shyguy was the origional 'storyline' writer.
DDX was the engine guy, who actually tried to make the game.
Rijuhn did graphics.
Bloodstan64 did music...

DO, I think you already asked who started the whole damn thing. And I know I already told you it was me, once if not twice. You can probably still find the orignal thread if you wanted, it's way back in General Discussion (it was later moved and closed to/in AGNC, but still, it should be back in GD somewhere). The real ball-rolling, however, was begun by BigJoe with his white Fighter (Paladin) avatar, and Shadowblazer's Hell Mage (a red Black Mage) avatar. It (the avatars) was for Halloween, I think.

yup, EK started the AGNC thread, and I asked if I could work on it for him. It then kind of pandered into recruiting and storyline and whatnot, and although we had a few sprite sets from Rijuhn, and a demo from DDX using RPG2K sprites, and a storyline from me, it was really just too hard to get the thing off the ground, because nobody was really passionate at updating the thing. I got in a good 8 or 9 chapters of what would happen, but it just kind of didn't work. That was about the time I left the AGNC and AGN completely for a while and handed it over to Alexmax, where he wanted to make it a completely different storyline/format.
