What is this? Is it Sonic adventure one with a few add ons or what =\

It's Sonic Adventure 2 for the Dreamcast ported to the GameCube with a couple extra features.

Regardless of platform, I liked it better than Sonic Adventure. I'd recomend renting it if you're not too sure about it.

It's Sonic Adventure 2 but Stage base, rather than "free roaming" with more RPG elements, which was SA1. I have them both on DC. They are worth playing through atleast once. I reccomend you try them sometime.

SA2 (not 1), ported from the DC with some graphical enhancements, no online features, a few new Chao features, no Big the Cat cameos, and all multiplayer hidden characters unlocked from the start (with Big replaced with a Dark Chao Walker). There may be some other stuff, but I've never tried SA2:B.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for GC is just like the DC version but with better multiplayer options.

As far as I can tell there's no difference in graphic quality. For $50 bucks you could probably get the DC and SA2.

Its SA2 from the DC which just some added stuff to the multiplayer.

I liked SA1 too because of the free roaming.

It is quite a good game. However, I have the following problems with SA2...

* Camera. With Sonic/Shadow and Tails/Robotnik it's not that bad, but with Knux/Rouge (whose stages are bleagh anyway), the camera is downright horrible.
* Too easy the first time through, though if you want to complete all the objectives and the like, that is going to take some doing.
* Too few Sonic/Shadow stages. They were the funnest.

Other than that, the game is awesome. There is simply nothing like multiplayer Sonic races...

my issues with SA2 resemble AlexMax's. The thing about this game is that it has excellent replay value, even after you get all 180 emblems (!). This is because of the Cao game, which might not appeal to someone like you DC but is fun nonetheless.

It's a good game, my second GC game, a little childish, but a solid game nonetheless.

It is the sequal to Sonic Adventure 1. It is really fun. Two player mode is the best of all!
