Maybe..not. I don't really see the point, when all you have to do is load them up in build 163 :p

Um...the question is, do you still download quests made for 1.90. Even if you run them in build 163 of 1.92.

I'd like to see 1.90 kept active for the Zelda 1 purists and the questmakers who would rather use the simpler 1.90 ZQuest. I see no reason for people to stop making quests for it.

Purests still CAN use the newest one. After all, there may be issues if you load 1.90 quests in newer builds that we don't know about (yet). After all, every new quest even in build 163 has every new quest rule (and such) since 1.90 unchecked, so purists simply have to open a new file and avoid the Quest Rules pages, and they have their own pure quest by first quest rules.

Did that make sense? :blah:

Well, well, who knows?

I have just looked at my Zelda Classic directory. There are 211 files ending with the extension .qst. I was astonished by the figure but it seems to be the right one.

I have tried and played quite many for the last 18 months. I couln't tell how many. And I played them all with the 1.90 version of Zelda Classic. The beta versions looks fine, but none are as much stable than the 1.90.

To answer shortly, I play and download it all the time!

I downloaded some quests I made in 1.84 and 1.90 and played them in beta 1.92 build 163, to see if the worked right. Only one of them didn't work right, but it also didn't run right in build 104.

ZC.com really should be updated with the latest beta.
