This marks my 1,500th post here at AGN.

I want to know if it's normal to post 500 posts in 2 months flat? It took me a whole year to make it to 1,000 (mainly because I was barely active for the first 6 months I was here) It really seems like I'm cheating in some way, but I've just been WAY more active on the boards.

I'd like to take this time to ask you a question. How well do you know me?

Makes ya feel any better... I've made an average of 462 posts per month (30 day period) and I've been here over a year so far.

Hell... I've posted over 1k in forum staff alone... damn...

Wow, DC you have 7.5 K posts. I guess we all got so caught up in TSA's post count that we ignored you DC, and anyone else who has a high post count. It's also because you've never really announced when you've hit a landmark post count. Well, this little AGNer is off to bed, I've had enough pron for tonight.

Dont worry, post count doesnt mean much here.... I mean look at Zaph... Hes an Admin and he has a little bit over 1k.... What really matters here is respect...

DT... post count is important, because you need 1K for gt a custom avatar, plus 90 days for get a title, and different ranks are get by posts.

So, in a way, posts are important ;)

What happens if you spam for your posts and end up banned.... How useful can your precious lil posts be then???

If you are respected and you are seen as a responsible member you will be offered a spot on the staff... Then it doesnt matter how many friggin posts you get!! The aim here is not to be a pain in the ass and not to piss off as many people as you can. not how much you can post... Noone really cares anymore if you get banned on your 99th post because you were an arsehole..So just post and have fun.. Dont worry about your post count... If you do that you will do fine copord!! ;)

NO, POST COUNT IS NOT IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!

look at me, im a temp-banned member who has his priorities straight, except for a few incidences where i shouldnt have said anything, i have a flawless record (that temp ban was jsut having fun ^_^)

keep a level head and only post if you can contribute to a topic... jeez, once you've earned custom stuff, you will think its worth it, i do... :D

Well I prefer my Heero avatar over any other Public one. :P

But I didn't even know about all the custom stuff untill I hit 1K. :shrug:

Yeah, I got to my staff postions barely at 1K. I then traded those in (not really...) for the chance at immortality...the first person to achieve 10K here at AGN.

Heh, I've got somewhere around 3000 posts, I think. I haven't really checked in ages. I only have about 6 posts per day.

i'm gonna hit 1.5K in a few posts, too. and i did it a lot faster than Rijuhn.

For a second I thought I had a custom title all this time without even knowing it, for I have far more than 90 days here. :lol:...
But I guess it is 90 days + 1000 posts. Looks like I'll have to wait. :)
