I just ran in a 5k run, and my time was 28:56, so my average Miles per hour is about 6.2. Has anyone else done any running recently?

I run almost everyday, but its nothing serious. I go a mile, maybe two, with a big hill included, and I've never kept track of my time. Its probably not that good though. I just do it to keep in shape.

[Hypnotic Voice]I never run. Running is bad for you. You could poke an eye out[/Hypnotic Voice]
Oh yea, I never run. It's pretty boring, and when I get through, it's hard to breathe.

I don't know how fast I run but it can be pretty fast. I can only run a short distance though. I'm hoping to get up to 20 MPH by the end of the year. :D

I like running. Especially spriting to get the mail or to give the phone to someone outside. I forgot to mention that I live on a 2 acre lot, and one whole acre is our front yard. I kinda live in the county, but no more than 3 miles away is a major neighborhood in my area. I love to run full speed past the corn that grows in my field right next to me. It seems like I'm going 50 MPH, yay!

I don't like running though I know I can run fairly fast if I were to try. I just don't see much point in it.
