There was a cartridge were you could load the ROM of GBA games onto through Serial Cable. Does anyone know where i can Buy one? i seen the site online once, but i cant find it again...

The serial cable can send small programs to the GBA's built in memory. You cannot use the serial cable to play commercial GBA games. To do that you need to spend something like 170$s or more like 200 something on a flash kit.
