Non web based e-mail directions?

When I tried to register to another forum, they said "web-based email accounts are banned", and to use a non web-based email direction.

The question: Where do I get one?

Well when you have a ISP they usually give you your own E-mail account. That should do fine.

I have a ISP.. but what is, where do I know my e-mail account with my ISP... it seems easy, but it's not for me :shrugs:

Well, I use verizon DSL, and my addy is [email protected]. You probably have something similiar based on your host. For example, [email protected] or whatever. If all else fails, contact the company that you purchase internet access from and find out if you have an e-mail address, what it is, and how to access it. If that doesn't work, starting mailing bombs to people.
