Is that from Lexx? It sorta looks like the teacher from Boston Public.

The teacher from Boston Public is Jeri Ryan, formerly of Star Trek fame (known as "7 of 9" on ST Voyager).

I don't know who the girl in that picture is. Look up the credits for the movie on a search engine if you really need to know ;)
