How does Full Screen Warp work?

How does Full Screen Warp work? In particular, how can it be delayed? Guy with message? Trigger? (I'm trying to learn the features of 1.92.163.)

Delayed? What for? Full Screen Warp is designed so you can change an entire screen basically without losing the enemies, weapons, or items already there (basically, when you warp to another screen, everything on the screen will warp, too).

Now I understand. No wonder I couldn't get it to work. I was thinking it turned the whole screen into one big tile warp or something.:banghead:
