Look what I bought today:

Fender Mexico 50's reissue Strat! :D:D:D

man I love this thing, I'm not 100% sure it's a 50% reissue, forgot to ask (dumbass me) but who cares! it sounds great, phattest sound ever and it plays like silk. I'm gonna replace the white pickguard (the white place behind the strings) with either:
a) a Tortoise Shell pickguard
b) a white pickguard on which I'm gonna paint an animal
either an eagle, a scorpion or a cobra, haven't decided yet, and I doubt I'm good enough to paint that so I might have it done by someone who does know how to do it.

What do you all think? :)

Nice, looks expensive...

I really wanna learn guiter but it seems so damn hard to train ur fingers to be able to move so quickly...

oooooooh its pretty.

i tried learning to play the guitar but my fingers got covered in blisters and i just couldn't take it anymore so i quit.

Leave the white pick quard, it gives it the 50's look.

Nono, I agree the pickguard needs somehting, don't leave it like it is!

I have a sunburst strat just like that with a tortoise shell pickguard, and it looks great. I highly recommend it.:)

Nice looking guitar GuitarmanTime. I used to play Classical Guitar, they look different, but nonetheless nice looking.

I'm gonna go for Beldaran's advice :) I'll just buy a tortoise shell pickguard and a white pickguard and work on the white pickguard outside of the guitar. Then if it turns out good, I can still replace it. Besides, the pickguard it has now is only 1 ply and kinda bended, so a 3 or 4 ply tortoise shell would be better.
