I was reading about Mage Points at MPQ world... and I saw that the third to last Q of the 1st round was
"List the steps in order on how to change the last windows screen into any picture of your choosing"
for 4 MP

If this refers to the picture you see when shutting down or restarting, HOW CAN _I_ do that? I couldn't find the thread anywhere(yes, I checked the MPQ World forum). And MPQ World's archive said "see thread"...
will somebody clear this up?
will somebody tell me how to change that pic?(does it involve editing a file?)
