I just noticed that it said I had received one referal. When and where did I get that? Does it go away? It doesn't sound good....

Referal=One person that out your name as the one that send you here.

Doesn't changes anything.

The only way to get one is to get someone else to join. So I won't be getting one anytime soon.

Are you sure Slothman? I thought it was connected to the "Report this post" option... as in a disciplinary refferal :/

I read that a referral is bringing a new member here.

It is. When you sign up, there's a little box on the signup page where you can fill in the name of the member who brought you here. If you do, that member gets a referral.

I'm fairly sure that the "Report this Post" option doesn't do anything, other than e-mail the moderators of that forum with the information about the post you're reporting. It definitely doesn't net you a referral... I just checked the profile of the last person to report a post in the forums I mod, and that person doesn't have any referrals.

Heh, I got my little brother to register (Captain Awesome :shrug: ), and he didn't give me a referral. Bastard. :sweat:
Not that he's around much anymore, what with Sprite Spot being gone...

well referrals could be bad. telling someone to join AGN so they can become an addicted lifeless zombie posting here isn't always a good thing to do.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I shall rule all! Well, if I wanted to I could. I could go into the chat right now and get 10 more referrals if I wanted to. then I could tell some of my friends about it and get another 15 or so! BWAHAHAHAHAHA! Well, we could start a thread with a pole that asks how many referals you have. Put like 1-10 and then above 10 (will state in post). Then we would know. You guys want to don that?
