Well this should go in "general discussion" but I would say at least 15 ro so. Depending on what kind of workout you are doing. I would consult a doctor first if you think you are too young or too old.

It all depends on your body type. Some people set an age limit, but it really just depends on how your built, and how quickly your muscles 'n stuff are developing. The best thing would be to talk w/your trainer (if you have one) or talk to your Doctor.

It depends how fast you grow.... I heard that bodybuilding stunts your growth.. so wait until your fully grown...

Start right when you hit puberty. then your muscals will increase faster than if you started in collage.
