From the official rules of AGN
It is absolutely forbidden to post any pornographic material, warez, copyrighted MP3s, Read-only Memory files (ROMs), or links to any thereof.
That pretty much says it all...

My advice? Give up this stupid seach now, beacuse:

It'll be a huge file, and you're unlikely to find a site with enough bandwidth to handle it...
And even if you do, you'll need an emulator, which is likely to be equally big.
If you somehow manage to find both, they'll take a long time to download, and that's assuming you've got room for them on your hard disc (we're talking gigabytes here).
N64 emulators are almost impossible to get working right, and rarely have good instructions, (that's if you ever bother to read them).
And even if, by some miracle, you manage to do all of these things, you'll never get much enjoyment out of your ROM, it's likely to be slow, jerky, and impossible to control (you'll have a hard time finding a pad with enough buttons, and you'll have an equally hard one finding an adaptor to link your N64 joypad to your PC (assuming you have an N64), don't even mention the keyboard...), and that's assuming you actually get the thing working.

I thought it was a good idea to refresh it. Follow those rules, and you won't be in much trouble.
