BS-Overworld

Can some please explain what the difference between BS and regular overworlds?

Yeah you know I really could never REALLY tell the difference.....so I cant answer that question, but ive noticed there has been some graphic changes...

BS overworld is 8x8. Regular overworld is 16x8. If you select any spaces in the map of a BS Overworld, those spaces will show up as blinking goals (kinda like the compass) on the map. You can use this to, say, mark where the entrances to your levels are.

So does that mean you can't go past the edge of the eighth column, like the end of a regular map?

Yep. The same's the case for any overworld map with a level number greater than 0, although the in-game map would seem to suggest otherwise...
