Orion's LttP set and Prince's ML set would be good places to check. You may be able to simply grab the tiles you need from their tilesets.

Uhh gothic160 have you tried the tile shop,
and the wind mill just depends do you want a really big wind mill like oot or a duck like lttp?

I have a source with lots of different houses. They are quite large however. The style looks a bit like the town at the beginning of FF6. You can make quite elaborate towns with them, but I don't know if that's what you want. Please give me more information of what you have in mind and perhaps I can help you.

The new tileset graphics already have houses. In my classic style graphics game i just drew the houses
