Okay it is hard to explain but When I creat a new tile and put it on the current tile screen it changes what ever I replaced it with into the current image

Use one of the blank spaces, don't replace tiles that you are using. You can hold shift and press up,down, Page Up, Page Down to see more tiles on the side.
